How is Postage and Handling calculated?

Goods are sent by Australia Post - Express Post to all locations within Australia..
Postage is added automatically to your order and will appear at the Confirmation Page (the page after Checkout page)

** Some large items eg, Cacao Beans or Nibs 1kg bag are slightly heavier than 1kg once packaging is included, these goods are also quite bulky so no more than 2 x 1kg beans or nibs can fit in one 3kg satchel.
International
We will only deliver to certain countries which are listed in the drop down box on the check out page. You can choose between Airmail or Express Post International.
If you require that your goods have a tracking number then you must choose Express Post International. This service provides information about the location and delivery status of the parcel.
We cannot be held responsible for goods getting lost if they sent via Airmail. If you choose Airmail and the goods do not arrive, and are then returned to us - we will provide a refund for the cost of the items only - we will not refund postage. Please note that we will only issue refunds upon receipt of the goods that are returned to us - if your lost parcel is not sent back to us we will not refund.
Any customs duties payable at the destination country are the purchasers responsibilty.

Once we receive your cheque - you will be notified, and your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared into our bank account.
Please note - We can only Accept Australian Cheques and Money Orders in Australian Dollars.
Direct Deposit
We also accept deposits directly into our bank account.

Choose the cheque / direct deposit option.
You will then be taken to the Receipt page, which will provide you with the relevant direct deposit details so that you can put the payment directly into our account.
Once you have made the deposit please send us an email with your name and the receipt number so we can be on the look out for your deposit.
