What currency are your prices listed in?

All Prices on our web site are listed in Australian Dollars. You can choose to change the currency prices are listed in when you are within the shop environment. Or you can use this currency conversion tool to work out how much an item is in your own currency.

How do you ship your goods?

Goods are sent by Australia Post - Express Post to all locations within Australia..

Postage is added automatically to your order and will appear at the Confirmation Page (the page after Checkout page)

What about Customs Duties?

Customs Duties in foreign countries, if any apply to the item you are buying, are paid by the purchaser.

How long does it take you to send the item?

Items are usually sent the next day after ordering - sometimes quicker.

Once we receive your cheque - you will be notified, and your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Please note - We can only Accept Australian Cheques and Money Orders in Australian Dollars.

Direct Deposit

We also accept deposits directly into our bank account.

Simply proceed through through the cart until you get to the payment page.

Choose the cheque / direct deposit option.

You will then be taken to the Receipt page, which will provide you with the relevant direct deposit details so that you can put the payment directly into our account.

Once you have made the deposit please send us an email with your name and the receipt number so we can be on the look out for your deposit.

As soon as we see the funds, you will receive confirmation and we will send out your goods.

Do you give Refunds?

For food products - No unless there is something wrong with the food.

For other items - Yes- if you are unhappy with our products and return them to us we will issue a refund for the total cost excluding postage. We do ask however that you let us know that you are sending the goods back before you send them.
